The Challenge:
YMCA had outdated financial processing causing errors inefficiencies in managing financial transactions, tracking expenses, processing membership/class payments and generating financial reports.
The Solution:
Facilitated a 50% reduction in member's debt with organized monthly collections notifications and other process-improving strategies. Helped to improve HR processes by reviewing related activities, employee’s files, and improved management employee tracking. Successfully negotiated a new Payroll System, Paycor, driving innovative change for time tracking which saved the company close to $1,000 a year while utilizing technical proficiency with Quickbooks to manage A/P and A/R processing, and reconciling monthly providing the board of directors monthly financial statements.
